It is said that fashion is what you are being offered, and style is what you choose. Nevermind is an exploration of style through a handful of Shanghaiers. Portrayed in their own homes, wearing their own clothes mixed with pieces from Chinese designers, and sharing their thoughts and personal possessions, these young Chinese women give us a rare glimpse into the everyday life from which their styles originates.
The project aims to show that the style you project is inseparable from your inner and domestic world: There is no such thing as style without identity.
